Exotic Plant Management

I took this picture of one of my crew members spraying herbicide on Japanese Hops that was growing in the ruins of an old cotton mill on the Shenandoah River near Harper's Ferry National Historical Park. This is an example of our team protecting cultural resources from being overrun with weeds.

The Lost Canoe Files

So...we left a camera at my parents house for quite a long time. Turns out, it had pictures on it from our little canoe trip on Bayou Bonfouca in January 2008. We paddled through the Port of Slidell and some some crazy old ships.

Cousin Kim's Wedding

Kim and Cassidy got married! Here are a few pictures and the entire set can be found here.

Monocacy Battlefield

Monocacy Battlefield is in Frederick, MD. My crew worked there for a few days a couple of weeks ago. We worked right next to the Monocacy River.

The Joys of Assateague Island

Oh yes...the mosquitoes and ticks were really that bad.

Assateague Island is a barrier island on the Maryland eastern shore administered by the National Park Service. My crew worked there for four days.
